I have created this blend in the Classic Italian Espresso style by using a blend of :
60% Brazilian Oberon (Arabica)
20% Colombian Pitilito ( Arabica, and a great, underused bean)
20% Indian Parchment Robusta
I believe this blend makes for a wonderfully rich and balanced Coffee in the Italian Style, whilst also having its own personality,I really love it, and hope you do too.
A Blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans in the classic Italian Espresso style, with a little of my personality thrown into the mix. This at .5kg is the bigger brother of our 250gr bag, more coffee for your money.

I made this to be a Coffee version of Shep so the tasting notes are: A punchy, full-flavoured and heavy bodied coffee with a smoky aroma and notes of cedar and chocolate, in other words, its Big, Strong and has a lot of Depth and its a Dark Roast to really enhance its flavour profile.
