I have created this blend in the Classic Italian Espresso style by using a blend of :
60% Brazilian Oberon (Arabica)
20% Colombian Pitilito ( Arabica, and a great, underused bean)
20% Indian Parchment Robusta
I believe this blend makes for a wonderfully rich and balanced Coffee in the Italian Style, whilst also having its own personality,I really love it, and hope you do too.
These single origin beans are 100% Arabica and from Columbia, They are roasted to a medium profile which allows the many subtle flavours to come out, this is a premium product and will appeal to any coffee connoisseur that loves their Coffee. Highly Recommended.

This is truly one of the best Coffees in the world, grown just above 1500 mts in a very special micro climate, they use a unique drying system called honeying which produces a Coffee with medium body, black berry flavour with a dark chocolate finish.
