Enriched in the cup with a layer of cream tending towards light hues, this blend combines the classic aroma of roasting with delicious scents of fresh fruit and flowers, and lighter hints of spices, for a particularly suave, fragrant coffee in the best tradition of the 100% Arabica varieties. On the palate you can appreciate the pleasant acidic flavour typical of this variety; sweetness and body vouch for an intermediate level, not too pressurised, while its bitterness is not too noticeable.
Its pleasantly persistent aftertaste and significant intensity make it ideal for those who want to take a break with a special coffee in an easy-to-use compatible capsule.
The Arabica coffee is mainly grown in Central and South America at altitudes that range from 600 to more than 2000 metres. This is the first variety in the world for product quality (around 75%) and is often used together with Robusta, but obviously its typical characteristics are particularly appreciated in the 100% Arabica blends. In these blends it is its intense fragrances and particularly rich aromatic profiles that stand out the most, while its flavour is generally round, slightly acidic with a pleasant hint of bitterness.
For lovers of this variety, Meseta recommends different varieties of Nespresso compatible capsules, including the Supremoblend, a velvety, fragrant coffee. The aromatic profile is particularly rich, with a pleasant aroma of roasting, enhanced by fragrances of flowers and fresh fruit, typical of Arabica coffees, with even slighter hints of spices. On the palate you can appreciate its suave flavour with not too much body, standing out with its slight acidity and mild bitterness. The final aromatic intensity and significantly persistent aftertaste complete the profile of this delicate, elegant coffee, suitable for every occasion.
The predominance of Robusta beans – selected from the best plantations in Asia and subjected to a special “pressure” roasting – gives this coffee a decisive, soft flavour on the palate, with pleasant chocolate tones, and a dense, persistent cream with a beautiful brown colour. Small quantities of selected Arabica will then further enrich the aroma and give this blend the right balance.
Not only the fragrance of roasting but also the scents of dried fruit and spices prevail in the aromatic profile. On the palate, it is a full-bodied coffee, whose acidity and bitterness are mild
and well balanced, and the aftertaste is pleasantly persistent.
The ideal blend for after lunch or during a refreshing break.
Full body and aroma prove to be in complete harmony in this coffee, thanks to a combination of selected Brazilian Arabica beans and Robusta beans picked in Africa, India and the Far East. The perfect roasting and grinding, and the ideal balance used to blend the two varieties, ensure that the end result is a round, balanced coffee, crowned by a layer of persistent cream, a pleasant hazelnut colour and good texture. The aroma is enriched by typical traits of both the Arabica and Robusta beans, for which the scent of roasting is enriched by scents of flowers and fresh fruit and by even lighter hints of spices. On the palate it is full-bodied with a mild acidity and slight bitterness, and a pleasant, persistent aftertaste. The real Italian espresso, suited to any time of the day.
The Nespresso compatible capsules from the Biofair variety are dedicated to the lovers of Fairtrade coffee and 100% Arabica blends. Quality Arabica coffee beans – obtained from plantations in Central America that use Fairtrade farming techniques – are carefully selected, roasted and ground by Meseta to obtain an extraordinary aroma, typical of this variety.
Even before tasting, the richness of this coffee’s fragrance will strike you: the roasting aroma and scents of fresh fruit and flowers stand out as well as more tenuous spicy hints. Once in the cup, the cream, with its attractive light hazelnut colour, is persistent and with good texture. On the palate, its body is slightly accentuated and its flavour pleasantly acidic and not too bitter. Furthermore, the blend received Fairtrade certification, issued by the international organisation that protects producers in developing countries, guaranteeing the best working conditions and fair pricing. A top quality product, therefore, that supports nature and Fairtrade.
This variety of compatible capsule, in fact, was developed by Meseta to allow you to prepare a typical long American coffee. The blend, made exclusively with quality Arabica coffee, undergoes a specific roasting and grinding; the ground coffee is then split into portions in the capsules with a special measurer to serve a coffee to be drunk in a large cup like those typically used for American “filter coffee” (for an approximate measurement of up to 100ml, compared to the 25ml of a typical cup of coffee).
In the cup you will perceive fragrances of roasting, enriched with fresh fruit and flower scents and lighter hints of spices anddried fruit. The coffee’s taste is delicate with a slight bitterness.
Furthermore, the blend is UTZ Certified, a certification given to products obtained from sustainable farming that comply with specific lines of conduct regarding the sustainability of workers and the environment.
In this sense, Meseta Decaffeinato is an excellent solution for those who use Nespresso compatible capsules: while containing no more than 0.1% caffeine (as foreseen under Italian legislation), this blend maintains all the flavour and aroma of a normal espresso, thanks to the careful selection of the raw materials used.
In the cup, it offers a cream with light hues, with a good texture and pleasant persistence. The aromatic profile combines the fragrance of roasting with fruity, flowery scents, typical of Arabica coffees, and hints of spices and dried fruit, typical of Robusta beans.
On the palate, you can appreciate its full body, while its acidity and bitterness are mild and well balanced. Perfect after dinner, and whenever you want an excellent coffee with not too much caffeine.
